THE STUDIO
We are an Athens-based award-winning studio, known for our rich portfolio of hospitality buildings, from large-scale resorts to boutique hotels and luxury residences.
Our most renowned projects are OKU KOS, CARAVIA BEACH JUNIOR SUITES, and our latest gem THEROS ALL SUITE HOTEL.
The holistic approach that is applied across all stages of our design, from concept to architecture, interior, styling, and landscape design, results in the creation of harmonious spaces, with a character that create a unique atmosphere and experience for the guests.
Our design is based on three pylons: exceptional aesthetics, excellent management of functions, and punctuality in the construction design.
The place, the local culture, and the architectural idiom are always elements of our inspiration and become a reference in their architecture. The experience is completed through stimuli for the senses, by expressing the architectural universal values such as the scale, the use of local materials and techniques, the integration with the landscape, and the simplicity of forms.
In addition, we are always aiming to design buildings in harmonious coexistence with nature, through the implementation of bioclimatic design and sustainability principles. The epicenter of our design is the people and the environment.
